MAIN OBJECTS OF “MIE PVT. LTD.” TO BE PURSUED BY THE COMPANY ON ITS INCORPORATION:
(1) To provide educational , technical , cultural , management courses and provide certificate and also placement relating to various education activities as discussed below :-
⮚ To conduct technical courses of 3, 6 , 9 months and 1 year, 2 years and 3 years courses in computer and provide certification and also in the field of ITI Diploma, skill development courses as per guidance of Govt. of India as well as Child development courses , Spoken English courses , BCA and MCA etc.
⮚ To constitute cultural academy to enhance culture of society such as singing, music, dancing, drawing, photography, wood art & craft, drama, painting. It also includes yoga , pranayam courses and nursing ,paramedical also social work like awareness of drug addiction , plantation etc.
⮚ To provide management courses such as Hotel & hospitality management, logistics management, security management, human resource management, fire safety management, interior designing management, fashion designing management, consultancy management as well as BBA, MBA etc. and provide certificate and placement.
⮚ To provide academic courses and provide marksheet and certificate of Play School (nursery to upper kg), Primary School ( class 1 to 4) , Secondary School (class v to x), Higher Secondary School ( class xi and xii) , University courses like3years Graduation degree and 2 years master degree etc.
(2) To establish construct, own, manage, acquire, maintain, run all kinds of Educational, Vocational, Academic, Training Institutions, Universities (setting up of universities, academic institute, and training institute subject to approval of Government / other Authorities), ITI Diploma courses and certificate, Skill Development courses of Government of India and Child Development courses like Abacus & activities and computer courses with an intent and scope to provide education in various fields and to conduct various educational courses program and/or allied courses in the interest of public at large.
(3)To carry on the business to own, establish, acquire, run, operate, manage, maintain, develop, promote, administer, advertise, either on its own or through fully equipped, colleges, educational institutes, universities including deemed or autonomous universities, to promote and disseminate knowledge, create awareness and provide a common forum of interaction amongst academicians, professionals establish effective co-ordination, to organize training courses and special programs to impart training, education in all disciplines.
(4) To establish, setup, and run in any part of coaching institutes, Study center, oral coaching classes, where in professional, technical, vocational or primary and secondary school higher secondary and Graduations & post graduations education in field of management courses or any other type of education be impacted by conducting regular, part time classes.
(5)) To undertake and promote management activities like hotel and hospitality management and logistics management, security management, human resource management, fire safety management, interior designing management, fashion designing management, consultancy management.
(6)To plan, promote and undertake cultural activities on its cultural academy for boost up the culture of society, dancing and singing, music, drawing, photography, drama, painting, crafts, yoga and pranayam , social work and awareness of drugs addiction.
(7)To provide for higher education leading to excellence and innovations in branches of knowledge as may be deemed fit primarily at post-graduate and research degree levels fully conforming to the concept of university.
